You have boxes, file folders, and if possible, shredding[phpbay] Label five folders as follows:
* 1 Quarter
* 2nd Quarter
* 3rd Quarter
* 4 Quarter
* Tax - Current year
All of these directories will be used and used year after year[phpbay]
When the new documentation is on its way, toss it in your inbox[phpbay]
At least once a week, go to your inbox[phpbay] Pay bills right away, then your earnings in the current folder quarterly[phpbay] (January / February / March the documents belong to the "1st Quarter" folder, and so on[phpbay]) documents you'll need during the assessment must be made within the "Tax - Current year "folder[phpbay] Evaluate other documents in the Inbox, and then decide to keep or reject it[phpbay] File all items to maintain the current folder quarterly[phpbay]
