I want permanent ones, don't tell me they're uncomfortable or anything, by the way, I'm no goth/emo I just want to do it for the look[phpbay] I'd take like dog looking teeth or whatever too, I just want pointy and long canines[phpbay]
i dont think there are implants
they just cut the sides off

any dentist that agrees can do it
