vampire are they real

If one were to meet a real vampire in the street, would you know if they were a vampire or not?

Lets say that any person walking down the street could be a vampire, if they are would there be any ways to tell, other than being one yourself or having any 'special abilities'?

There are a few ways[phpbay] But as for the average person[phpbay][phpbay][phpbay] No you would not be able to tell[phpbay] We're all around you[phpbay] Chances are you walked past one of us today[phpbay] Completely unaware[phpbay] Some of us have slightly enhanced senses, or reaction times, but nothing a regular person would notice in passing[phpbay]

Vampires don't sparkle[phpbay][phpbay][phpbay] because they aren't real
