How many vamp novels can you name without becoming redundant?
anne rice, chealsea quinn yarbro, and poppy z brite don't count, they've all been read[phpbay] I want new ones[phpbay]
Amelia Atwater Rhodes has some super quick reads[phpbay] The Silver Kiss by Anette Curtis Klaus is also good[phpbay] Sunshine by Robin McKinley was fun but it'll make you hungry (the heroine works in a bakery)[phpbay] I hear the Sookie Stackhouse novels are good but I haven't read any[phpbay] The Dresden Files series has vampires in it but is not specifically about vampires (though they take on a larger role in book 3)[phpbay] Also, I second the Historian recommendation[phpbay] It was long but good[phpbay] I Am Legend is more about vampires than the movie was, but it's a novella[phpbay] There's also the Anita Blake series but again, I haven't read it[phpbay]
There are also the vampire classics, such as Dracula, Carmilla and The Vampyre[phpbay]
