Where can I find a vampire costume like this?

It seems that this is a plain muslin under-dress/petticoat with corset top. In real life it probably cap pulled down the sleeves of the arms, or cut / Ripping. This is probably the play underwear several hundred years ago and have decided to dress op layer can probably repeat it to look muslin dress cream and cream corset top, then unhook hands with cap sleeves.
