What is the easiest way to obtain vampire eyes effect using Adobe Photoshop 7?
You mean red and glowing eyes? All you really have to do is forst lighten the area slightly with Dodge tool, next, circle the general area with Lasso tool (make it as perfect as possible, but you can fix it later) [phpbay] Then select Brush Tool, select the desired color, and select Multiply in Mode[phpbay] Color the eyes and clean up the image with History Brush Tool[phpbay]
